At ZinkoFits, we want you to love what you wear. However, if you're not fully satisfied, you are entitled to request a return or refund under the terms below.

✅ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 days of receiving your item — no questions asked.

The 10-day cancellation window begins from the day:

• You received the goods, or

• A third party (other than the carrier) you appointed received the product.

💸 Refund Timeline

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
You will receive the refund using the same payment method used during purchase.
No additional charges will apply for the refund.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 10 days

• The item must be in original packaging and unused

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized products

• Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired

• Opened products that can't be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks, innerwear)

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

📬 Returning the Item

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and risks of returning the product.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:
✔️ You'll receive store credit for the value of your return.
✔️ A gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the item.

If the gift was sent to the gift giver first and then given to you:
🔁 We will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
